I would like to share a little of the benefits that I have recently
found from Promoveo Life Coaching.
It had been three years since my husbands near fatal motorbike accident.
My two children and I spent twelve months travelling to the spinal unit in Salisbury.
My husband found his role as husband and father increasingly unbearable.
My priority then was to sustain life as normal and as grounded as
possilbe. I started two jobs, evening classes and burned the candle at both ends.
I woke up one morning and cried, and cried for what seemed an eternity.
I had an amazing sense of worthlessness and I found myself unable to cope. Within four months I had lost my jobs, given up
studying, lost my home and my grip on reality.
I arranged an initial meeting with a coach from Promoveo. Even after
the first meeting I was able to accept that not everyone has the self confidence to direct their lives all of the time.
With gentle guidance I was able to work towards attainable goals
at a pace more realistic to my ability, My self esteem was growing and I was gaining a more positive outlook. Life Coaching
gave me the confidence to calmly focus and redirect scattered energies towards achieving my ambitions and live a life that
is exciting. Life Coaching is about the way we react to things that happen to us.
I have started my education again and my dreams of becoming a writer
no longer appear to be out of my reach. My children and myself have a comfortable home and a lot of love for each other. Thanks
to Life Coaching I am now back on track and smiling again. Everything is just nice.

I really would like to tell you that I have gained so much from our sessions
and my life really is going positively in the right direction, I feel sure that without your commitment I would have not been
able to feel this way. Because of Life Coaching, Life seems to have become interesting with new experiences. I now know that
with the use of my new found Life Coaching skills all of the above will continue.
Life Coaching really has changed my perspective of life in the most positive
of senses.
